ExonSurfer is our newly published web tool that simplifies and optimizes primer design for RT-qPCR—enabling transcript-specific amplification by targeting exon–exon junctions. It was developed as a collaborative project between wet lab and bioinformatics teams at MedUni Innsbruck.
