Presentation at SEBiBC 2024: Showing DoseRider in Valencia 🇪🇸
In October 2024, I had the great opportunity to present one of the key projects from my PhD—DoseRider—at the 1st Congress of the Spanish Society of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (SEBiBC) in Valencia, my home city.

DoseRider is an R package and web-based tool for modeling nonlinear dose–response relationships at the pathway level using generalized mixed models and cubic splines. It supports transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics data, and introduces advanced concepts such as Benchmark Doses (BMDs) and Trend Change Doses (TCDs) to better capture molecular inflection points and mechanistic insights.
Presenting this tool at SEBiBC allowed me to connect with a fantastic community of bioinformaticians and receive valuable feedback that will guide the next phase of development.
